How do I sign up for a Paywho account?

Download the Paywho App & register with your mobile number. Download here.

Why do I have to complete verification?

The verification process will help us confirm your identity and prevent potential identity frauds. It is also part of our process to comply with the financial regulations in the countries we operate in.

How do I change my personal details?

In your Paywho App, click the More button and you can change your details under the “Your Account” section.

Which countries can I remit money to?

Paywho is constantly working to increase the number of countries you can remit to. Click here to view the up-to-date list of countries available.

How do I close my Paywho Account?

You can close your account by clicking the “More” tab in the Paywho app and selecting “Freeze my account”. This will temporarily disable your account. If you would like to permanently close your account with us, you can email us at cs@paywho.com

What do I need to prepare for my account creation?

You will need an active internet connection and your identity document

How do I know if my transfer was successful?

You will be notified via push notification if your transfer was a success or rejected. You can also view transfer status at the Home Screen of the app under the recent activities section.
